Residential Life for Summer Ventures
Students live in a dormitory on the Western campus under the supervision of qualified residential advisors who provide guidance and plan social, athletic, cultural, and co-curricular activities. All of the institutes operate under statewide guidelines regarding curfews, dating, sign-outs, and visitors.
Students are not allowed to have cars on campus. Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited. Students who not adhere to regulations, who act in an immature manner or fail to take advantage of the academic opportunities offered by the program will be dismissed.
Students have plenty of time to socialize after classes.
Western's Summer Ventures takes advantage of the wonderful surroundings western North Carolina has to offer, including many water sports.
