The Village, home to WCU's residential Greek organizations, requires residents to sign a 12-month contract.
A non-smoking community, The Village consists of seventeen "houses" which comprise the six buildings in the complex. The complex includes a Commons Building, vending and laundry rooms, and a volleyball and basketball courts.
A recent addition to life here is Civic Place, a living-learning community for a select group of students who want to make a difference through community service and engagement.
