If You Are in Crisis

Contact Counseling Services during the daytime and request a same-day urgent appointment by calling 227-7469 or coming directly to Counseling Services. During the appointment you will meet with a counselor who will assess the situation and recommend a course of action to assist you.  As you are getting back on track following a mental health crisis, you'll find helpful information on When Life Happens.

If you are living in a residence hall, you can also seek out a member of your residence hall staff  for assistance.

During Summer terms, on-call counselors are available during office hours with after hour community resources back-up.
