About Dr. Jensen:

Dr. Jensen has 30 years of residential and commercial construction experience. This experience encompasses project management, representing both the owner and the construction firm. Dr. Jensen has experience managing commercial design build, construction management, and lump sum contract delivery systems.
 
Dr. Jensen has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in construction contract documents, construction law, construction risk management, construction project management, alternate dispute resolution management, construction safety, construction administration, and land development. Dr. Jensen's research interests relate to construction law and risk management, project management, and financial risk management of the construction firm.
