Preparing for Job Fairs
You will be more successful if you prepare for education job fairs.
1. Research systems participating in the fair—find the school system where you would like to teach.
2. Complete the NC Statewide Online Application for Educators:
- Fill out the entire application. It is recommended that you choose specific school systems rather than choose the statewide box on the application.
- Before you submit, please click on "View Application" near the bottom of the form.
- A "print" icon will be on the top left of the "view application."
- Print copies of the application.
3. Bring to the fair (one packet for each system):
- Copies of transcripts
- Copies of resume
- Copies of online application
