The Digital Media Labs located around the WCU campus have a good mixture of Audio and Video editing software. In addition to the software resources available to you, the Digital Media Lab has several digital video cameras that are available for short term loan. Once you have filmed your project, the staff can help you cut and edit your movie and then save it in the proper format for your delivery needs.
Labs
Labs are located in FPAC, Coulter, Killian and Hunter. The lab in Hunter has Windows XP with Avid Express and the Adobe Production suite of applications. The other 3 labs feature Macintosh computers with either iLife ’06, iLife ‘08 or Final Cut Studio. The lab in Coulter is run by Dr. Bruce Frazier and can also be used to create music.
Equipment
iPods with Voice recorders are available at the Hunter Library.
