All rooms in Reynolds have air conditioning and two twin-sized beds (although single occupancy is available). All rooms have free high-speed Internet access, but an Ethernet cable is required. Two rooms (up to four guests) share a bath. A linen pack consisting of two sheets, one blanket, one pillow with case, two towels and two washcloths is included for each guest. Many prefer to bring additional towels, toiletries, and an extra pillow. Participants who choose to stay on campus receive a discount conference registration rate as noted below.
