• Challenges of virtual project teams

PMC 640: “The Art and Science of Project Planning” (3 credits)

• Understanding why project planning is so difficult
• In-depth look at the components of a project plan
• Creating effective project plans collaboratively
• Establishing approved baselines for controlling projects during execution
