To schedule a consultation with a member of the Coulter Faculty Center, please use the Self-Service form to enter your request.
How to Use the Self-Service Form (PDF)
You may be prompted to login. Please enter your username as follows: wcu\username, and your domain password to gain access to the web utility. Once you are in the web tool, click once on the Create Incident link and select the Category of either the Coulter Faculty Center or the Coulter Faculty Center Digital Media then enter the decription of your needs. If you have files you wish to submit for advisement, please click once on the Upload Attachment button. When you are finished, please click once on the Save Incident button.
