IRB Meeting Schedule
- The Institutional Review Board (IRB) meets the first Monday of every month (holidays permitting) that class is in session. The calendar for the remainder of the school year is as follows: January 14th, February 4th, March 10th, April 7th, and May 5th.
- Not all requests must meet the board for approval. If you think your application may be challenging because of minor test subjects, use of deception or the complex procedures be sure to get your request in 14 days before the next meeting. If you have any questions, contact the IRB Chair at 828-227-3177.
- To receive IRB approval, you must complete a Human Subjects Research IRB request form and send it (with all applicable attachments) to Reseach Administration, Cordellia Camp Building, Room 109.
