Select the package appropriate for your needs, fill it out to the best of your ability, and send it to Reggie Rogers. He’ll review it, schedule a meeting with you if necessary, and then send you back a package ready for signatures. If you don’t know where to begin, call Reggie at 227-2576 and he’ll help you get started.
