WCU to offer web page designing class
Western Carolina University’s Wired Wednesdays series will offer “Designing a Free Web Page” from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 12 in Room 137 of the Cordelia Camp Building.
At the end of the class, participants will have a free, multi-page Web site complete with formatted text, hyperlinks, graphics, special add-ons, background color scheme and more.
Class members will be able to modify and update their Web sites any time, and create other sites, with any computer that has access to the Internet.
Knowledge of HTML is not required, but a familiarity with the Internet and a Web browser such as Internet Explorer are helpful.
The cost of the session is $59. Pre-registration is required.
