Research Interest: My research interest, while varied, center primarily on issues of equity and issues of leadership. I am especially interested in womens issues, defined broadly, but including leadership and access to administrative positions in schools/districts. I am also interested in the superintendency, its relationship to student achievement and the issues facing women who are, or who aspire to be, superintendents.
