The WCU Co-Curricular Transcript is your opportunity to create a professional and personalized official record of all of your experiences!

The WCU Co-Curricular Transcript is an official WCU document that is the record of your student involvement outside of the academic classroom. It lists such areas as your participation in student organizations and on university committees; leadership accomplishments; community service activities; service learning experiences; certifications; and honors and awards you have received while a student at WCU. The WCU Co-Curricular Transcript can be used to supplement your official WCU Academic Transcript and your resume when applying for a job, for graduate school, or for scholarships and other recognition.

It is best to start your WCU Co-Curricular Transcript process during your first year at WCU. Any items you wish to have placed on your co-curricular transcript should be submitted with proper validation as may be required as soon after completion of the activity as possible. The sooner a transcript entry is completed after an activity the more accurate the information it contains will be. However, any submissions you make will not be denied based on dates as long as proper validation is received.
