The March date for the 2010 Foreign Language Contest for high school students has not been determined yet.

The Modern Foreign Languages department sponsors an annual foreign language competition for regional high school students. The contest is designed to test students’ knowledge of French and Spanish, and matches individuals and teams from regional schools in various categories and pits teams against each other in a Quiz Bowl  for French and two Quiz Bowls for Spanish, one for native speakers and one for non-native speakers.

The department’s students, faculty, and staff, along with volunteers from other departments on campus, serve as judges in the competition.
