Western Carolina University will offer “You Can Get Sued for That?: Five Most Common Employment Law Violations” from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, in Room 141 of the Cordelia Camp Building.
Jonathan Yarborough, an employment attorney with the national labor and employment law firm of Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLC, will present a variety of cases and share strategies for complying with employment laws.
Yarborough has successfully represented employers in a wide variety of employment-related lawsuits. His primary interest is providing advice and counsel to employees regarding state and national employment laws.
