CIA senior analyst to speak at WCU on Nov. 13
A senior analyst with the CIA will discuss the 21st-century intelligence community at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, in Western Carolina University’s Mountain Heritage Center.
Michael Speckhard, who has expertise in Russian and European issues, previously taught courses related to intelligence at the University of Georgia as part of a CIA Officers-in-Residence Program.
