The Green Band
Formed during a February 2007 meeting between students Teegan Dykeman and William Seth Wade and Dean Railsback, The Green Band is an organization that aims to bring Honors students in programs and colleges across the country together over environmental themes.
Inaugural Green Band Conference
Monday, March 24 – Tuesday, March 25, 2008
For 2007-2008, the group has received a grant from the Southern Regional Honors Council to hold an inaugural Green Band Conference at WCU. The conference will be coordinated with the annual Undergraduate Expo.
