M.A.Ed. in Elementary Ed. Overall Course Requirements

Jenny and Ben investigate animals as part of their Elementary and Middle Grades Science Curricula graduate course. They are learning about facilitating inquiry in K-9 classes.

The program requires 36 hours as follows:

Professional Core (12 hours)
Elementary Education Core (5 hours)
Subject Matter Core & Electives (9 & 6 hours)
Capstone Experience (4 hours)

You must also complete a master’s portfolio.
