Dogwood’s Search is an original script adapted from Cherokee legend. It is an energetic journey that follows Dogwood on her search for the animal council. This play for young audiences, targeting students in grades 1-8, makes a powerful statement of the need for mankind to recognize and respect the sanctity of all life. 

Full of music and dance, this production is a visual feast of historical Cherokee characters, animals, and the Cherokee Little People. 

Curriculum materials are available to teachers so that they can connect the play to the classroom. 

The premier production included students from Cherokee Middle School as well as the TIE Company cast.
