On Friday we were able to see (and play) the beautiful new dulcimers made by our class of Dulcimer Builders!
Throughout the week we were delighted with the talents, charm and dedication of our 2004 Youth Scholars… (L-R) Paul Henderson, Brett Houston, Aaron O’Rourke, Roger Amundsen, II, Sarah Elisabeth Musgrave, Brittney Huston, Emily Schilling and Leslie Owle. Many thanks to our participants, staff and Marketplace vendors who helped support our WCU Mountain Dulcimer Week Youth Scholarships.

At Friday afternoon’s Closing Ceremonies our Youth Scholars performed “Will the Circle Be Unbroken.” We know our Dulcimer Circle will not be broken because we have fine young dulcimer players like these.
