HIA Accreditation
The Health Information Administration Program has been continuously, fully accredited since 1973. It prepares graduates for success in the health information management (HIM) profession.
After receiving their degrees, graduates may apply to take the national certification examination administered by the American Health Information Management Association to become a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA).
