In order to start a Club Sport, you need to complete the following forms and submit a 2 page proposal about the sport and how it would contribute to the student body at Western Carolina University:

• Registration Form
• Club Roster/Code of Conduct
• Emergency Information Form/Assumption of Risk (one per member) 
• Constitution (See Sample Above)
• Advisor Form
• Coaches Form

Once the forms are completed, please set up a meeting with Shauna Sage by calling (828) 227-7069 or e-mailing sage@wcu.edu.  Every established club is required to be registered as an official student organization through the Student Government Association.
