If you are not sure where to start you may want to check Getting Started where you will get a list of basic resources in print and online. You can also start your research in Find Books/Media and Find Articles where you will learn how to find and access information through the library's catalog and databases.

In Websites you will learn how to evaluate websites for reliability and links to subject-specific websites and associations. The Art & Design Databases will direct you to a list of databases.

How Do I covers common questions, such as "How do I find primary resources in art?", or "How do I find background information on an artist?"

Find Images will link you directly to our image databases. If you are not sure if you can or cannot use a resource you may want to take a look at Copyright Information.
