Participants will explore Appalachian history from Native American times through the pioneer era, including mountain crafts and traditional games such as “fox and geese.”
Campers also will visit a local historic site to experience hands-on learning. The camp is sponsored in part by the Jackson County Arts Council.
Registration is limited to the first 12 paid campers. Early registration is encouraged.
