SmartScope Flash/Flare 200
The SmartScope Flash/Flare 200 is a computer-based benchtop metrology system that performs state-of-the-art video measurement. It is a non-contact measuring device that may be used in traditional quality assurance applications as well as in reverse engineering.
The system insures precision with multiple sensors, including touch trigger probes, micro-probes and laser scanners. The Flash/Flare 200 uses Measure-X 32 bit metrology software that provides measurements accurate to within a few micrometers, including the following:
- Distance (XYZ, polar, 3-D, point to line, point to plane)
- Coordinate point, angle and location of line, size and location of radius or diameter
- Location and size of width
- Location and size of spherical radius or diameter
- Angle of plane
- Edge contour
