FDM Titan
The FDM Titan is a rapid prototype machine capable of building field-testable parts in a matter of hours from ABS, Polycarbonate or Polyphenylsulfone using the patented Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM™) process and revolutionary temporary supports to give versatility, safety and ease of use. Parts up to 406x355x406mm can be built in this machine with layer thicknesses ranging from 0.127mm to 0.254mm.
Revolutionary WaterWorks™ support structures for ABS allow temporary support structures to be dissolved with water rather than chemical solvents. BASS™ breakaway supports for polycarbonate and polyphenylsulfone eliminate the hassle of multi-step post-processing associated with toxic baths, powders or resins.
Insight™ software makes building a durable and functional prototype easy. It imports STL (CAD) files, automatically slices the files and generates the extrusion paths and necessary support structures.
