From undergraduate research to faculty-student projects, you’ll soon find that research opportunities abound in our corner of Western North Carolina, home of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and Blue Ridge Parkway. Western also operates an on-campus Archaeology Field School every summer.
