Carnival
Western Carolina University’s annual carnival took place on Friday, April 25, 2008. Complete with rides, midway games, and festival food, the event was a success in spite of the intermittent rain. The event, which was open to the general public, was held at the Ramsey Regional Activity Center from 4 until 8 p.m.
