Western Carolina University’s School of Art and Design offers engaging and comprehensive courses designed to meet the needs of both the advanced student as well as the novice.
Our hands-on approach to learning not only gives you the chance to describe, analyze, and discuss works of art, but encourages you to hone your skills through practice and exercise.
Students’ access to studios for long hours, regular group critiques, and rigorous work are a constant in all courses.
