Teacher Education Application
Complete and submit the Application for Admission to Teacher Education after all admission requirements have been met.
Remember that
- student data required to complete the admission application form is located on your My Cat transcript and detailed degree audit;
- a copy of your degree audit, qualifying test scores, TaskStream survey verifications and if applicable, Statement of Applicant supporting material about any past record of suspended or revoked license to teach and criminal convictions (excluding minor traffic violations) needs to be attached to your application; and
- incomplete applications will not be accepted.
