It's late at night and you're walking to your car alone. Does your personal safety rest on a key-chain tube of old pepper spray that you're not sure even works? Would the panic button on your keys only add a blaring soundtrack to an assault should one occur? Nothing can substitute for mental and physical preparation. Knowledge is your most valuable weapon. You don't have to be a black-belt or a heavy weight champion to thwart an assault. This 2 hour class will teach you easy to remember techniques that may save your life.  Women of any age will benefit from the skills learned. Topics will include:

     -- violence awareness & survival

     -- unarmed self-defense techniques & strategies

-- common weapons for self defense

Course instructor David Bradley has over 20 years of experience instructing physical training & survival skills to a wide variety of both civilian and military groups
