You were awarded a Federal Direct student loan as part of your financial aid package. In order to receive a Federal Direct loan, there are two requirements that all students must complete prior to the first disbursement of your loan; a Master Promissory Note and Entrance Counseling. These requirements can be completed by navigating to one of the following sites, dependent on which lender you chose to borrow from.

FEDERAL PERKINS LOAN

MASTER PROMISSORY NOTE - PERKINS LOAN MASTER PROMISSORY NOTES WILL BE MAILED TO THE STUDENT AND CAN BE RETURNED TO THE ONESTOP COUNTER. IN ORDER TO ASSURE TIMELY PROCESSING OF YOUR LOAN, ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION MUST BE COMPLETED BY AUGUST 15TH.
