James Felton Director of Intercultural Affairs B. A., McDaniel College; M.S., 1998 James is responsible for providing leadership, supervision and the day-to-day operations of the Department. He works with faculty, staff, and students to ensure that the goals of the Department and the diversity goals of the University are being met and advanced. James is a member of the University’s Bias Response Team, Council on Diversity and Inclusion, and the Education Department’s Diversity Committee. His areas of expertise are ALANA recruitment and retention, social justice education, and student mentor and diversity leadership programs. |
| Sarah Carter Associate Director for Resource Services B.A., Lebanon Valley College, 2007; M.A., Carnegie Mellon University, 2008 Sarah is responsible for coordinating programs on women, gender and sexuality. She serves as the co-coordinator of the Project C.A.R.E. retention program, organizes the Growth and Learning Opportunities for Women series (G.L.O.W.) and is a member of the Red Zone Campaign. Her areas of expertise are Women in the media and social activism. | |

Holli Stillman Administrative Support Associate B.A., State University of New York at Cortland, 2006 Holli is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the department. She also oversees the department's student workers. |
