5 laps around the outside
of the concourse = 1 mile.

Doors open at 6:00 am & close at 6:00 pm
Monday – Friday

is subject to facility events)


Whee Walk

If you want to start the journey towards a better you this year but don’t know where to start, try Whee Walk!

With this program, you can use the online resources on the Whee Walk page to begin increasing your daily amount of steps.  We provide walking logs via the website, weekly fitness tips via e-mail, and a “walking buddy” directory.

The best part is it’s FREE and you don’t have to be a CRC member to join.  Pedometers are also available to track your daily progress for only $5.00.

Wellness Wednesdays: not just on Wednesday during May.

Wellness Wednesdays are FREE exercise and wellness classes for faculty and staff.

Please dress in workout attire and tennis shoes.
Don’t forget your water bottle!!

Time:   12:10 - 12:50 PM or 5:15 - 6:30 PM
Place:  Campus Recreation Center (CRC) -- bring your Cat Card

   (For a day locker go to the first floor cage area of the CRC
      near the gymnasium and the locker rooms.)

You do not have to be a member of the CRC to participate.
GroupX activities are FREE to faculty and staff in May.

Power Pump with Mandy
     A structured strength class utilizing a barbell and weight plates to
     tone and strengthen.

Tuesday, May 8th (CRC Studio 1)
5:15pm-6:00pm
Cycle Challenge with Ashley
     Cycle your way to cardiovascular and muscular endurance
     in this interval-based spin class.
 
Wednesday, May 9th (CRC Studio 2)
12:10pm-12:50pm
321 Jump with Shauna
     3 minutes step, 2 minutes strength, and 1 minute of jumping activity
     for a total body work out.
 
Thursday, May 10th (CRC Studio 2)
5:15pm-6:00pm
Yoga with Erin
     Learn the asanas (postures) for a better understanding of
     yoga benefits.


 
Monday, May 14th (CRC Studio 2)
12:10pm-12:50pm
PiYo Strength with Ashley
     This is a sport performance class desgined to build flexbility while
     increasing overall strength and gaining greater stability.
 
Tuesday, May 15th (CRC Studio 2)
5:15pm-6:00pm

     A structured strength class utilizing a barbell and weight plates to
     tone and strengthen.
 
Wednesday, May 16th (CRC Studio 2)

Butts & Guts with Emily
     Hit both areas in this dynamic sculpt class.

5:15pm-6:00pm
Kickboxing with Ashley
     A mix of cardio and strength drills that incorporate all your basic
     kickboxing moves.
