Biography:
Glenda Hensley is an experienced costumer for educational and professional theatres, and has designed for film, dance, and concert performers, including Aretha Franklin. Recently, she was selected to represent the Southeast Region at the USITT National Design Expo. She has worked as designer and director of product development in manufacturing dance and front-line costumes. Also active in the field of theatre education, Glenda stays busy as the director of WCU’s Theatre in Education (TIE) program. She conducts TIE workshops for educators and formerly served as the program director for K-12 theatre education.
