State Scholarships
College Foundation of North Carolina is a nonprofit partnership between Pathways of North Carolina, College Foundation, Inc., and the North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority. The foundation’s goal is to help students find the best financial aid alternatives, and it provides listings for need-based scholarship and grant programs for North Carolinians.
North Carolina Teacher Incentive Program (NC TIP) awards cover the cost of nonresident tuition (a maximum of four years) for teacher education prospects.
