Can you rise to the challenge? The WCU cross training challenge is back and it is new and better than ever! It has a new online format and NEW PRIZES!! Follow the sign up instructions at the bottom of the page.
The WCU Cross Training Challenge encourages participants to diversify their workout and improve their overall health and fitness. You will be rewarded with prizes as you meet 50%, 75%, and 100% of the goals in three exercise categories of your choosing. So sign up now and start getting fit! The challenge runs for 15 weeks starting January 11 through April 24, 2010. You may register at any time.
The challenge goals are as follows:
Stepper/Step Mill 15 hours
Swimming 8 hours
Running/Walking 15 hours
Rowing 8 hours
Group eXercise 20 classes
Elliptical 15 hours
Recreational Activity 30 hours
Strength Training (1/2 hour/day) 30 days
Intramurals/Club Sports 25 Activites
Cycling 15 hours
