Whee Walk is your opportunity and challenge to step toward a healthier lifestyle. This walking routine is created with each individual’s personal goals in mind. Walking is an activity everyone can partake in on a daily basis. Walking requires no equipment or special clothing other than good walking shoes, and it can be done in neighborhoods, parks, malls, walking trails, or in any safe and comfortable setting.
