What to know:
Please arrive on time to ensure that you get the most of your visit. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. and you’ll be on your way to a great day in Catamount Country! Lunch will be provided for registered students at the Courtyard Dining Hall. Guests may purchase lunch at the UC food court or the Courtyard Dining Hall for approximately $7.00 (cash preferred, credit accepted, no checks please).
If students would like to take advantage of working out in our Campus Recreation Center after 2:00 please visit the Open House Headquarters table to sign. Be sure to have appropriate clothing and footwear.
What to bring:This will be a very exciting and informative day for you and your guests! To get the best experience possible, it is beneficial to bring all documents e-mailed to you in your final registration confirmation, comfortable/casual clothing, walking shoes and rain gear. (Please refer to Cullowhee, NC for weather). Most events are held indoors, but you will be traveling form building to building by foot. Should you need other accommodations, please contact the Office of Admission before your arrival.
What to see:
You will have the opportunity to see practically all that WCU has to offer and really get a feel for what life is like in Cullowhee! The information fair is the perfect time to chat with departments, student organizations and student services available. Check out the schedule of individual departmental sessions when you arrive for a closer look at academic facilities. You will also have the chance to go inside all available residence halls and experience the beautiful fall weather!
What to leave with:
University CatTran will provide shuttle service if needed.
