Patient Grievances
All grievances will be reported to the University Health Services' Quality Improvement Coordinator. This may be done in person, by telephone or by email. Once received, the Quality Improvement Coordinator will fill out the incident report form and respond to the student within 24 hours. If satisfaction is not received, the Quality Improvement Coordinator will refer the grievance onto the University Health Services Director for review.
