Photos

As each graduate is handed his/her diploma, a picture will be taken by a professional photographer. Students will receive an email from the photographer with a link to their website, http://www.photospecialties.com/, and a password that allows students to view and order graduation photos online. A free color proof will also be mailed to the student’s permanent address so that students will have the opportunity to purchase these prints. Students are under no obligation to purchase prints. If a student does not receive a proof within a week of the ceremony, students should contact info@photospecialties.com or call 1-800-722-7033.

Diplomas

Students will receive a Western Carolina University diploma cover on the stage. With the completion of all requirements for graduation, diplomas will be mailed to the student’s permanent address approximately 6-8 weeks after the ceremony. If this address is not current, students may update addresses by emailing the Registrar's Office at registrar@email.wcu.edu. Please indicate the address change is for your diploma.
