Conflict Resolution
Conflict Resolution is being offered during the afternoon session of the May Mini-mester at Western Carolina University. Participants will not only learn relevant theory, but develop the skills and strategies to confront and resolve conflicts in real world situations.
Instructor Ruth Bennett comes from a long and rich background of working as a consultant and trainer with both public and private sector organizations. Her expertise is in the management of people and the development and maintenance of effective communication in organizations.
CMTD 313 Conflict Resolution
Overview of the theories and applied techniques of conflict resolution; emphasis in acquiring specific conflict resolutions skills in group, interpersonal, organizational, and intercultural contexts.
