- EPA Change PAF (Excel) – for change actions, including reappointments of fixed term faculty, fund/acct code changes, etc.
- Temporary PAF - (Excel) formerly TMPT for temporary, part time non-teaching (meaning not teaching credit courses to WCU students) - that lasts for a semester or more and/or the job is working with or supervising WCU students.
- Intermittent PAF (Excel) - formerly TLPT for short term, temporary, part time non-teaching positions - less than a semester, one time events like presentations, workshop facilitators or jobs not involving teaching or supervising of WCU students. Also on line course development is in this category.
- Temporary Full time TMFT (Excel) – use for temporary FULL TIME teaching positions less than two full semesters such as one semester fixed term full time faculty appointment (Rare)

PAF Forms for Phased Retiree appointment (must have a separation PAF attached)
- Phased Retiree Appointment PAF (Excel) used when someone enters Phased retirement. You complete a separation PAF and attach this Phased Retiree appointment to it. This form appoints the individual to the Phased retiree position
