Balsam Hall will be home to approximately 424 men and women beginning in Fall 2009.  Members of the Honors College  and Teaching Fellows  will reside in Balsam and will hold many activities in the common areas of the hall.  Balsam Hall is air conditioned and consists of both private and double rooms which are arranged suite-style. Occupants of private rooms share a bath with one other private room resident, while each double room has its own bath. Residents of each floor can take advantage of a common living area and kitchen.
