College Panhellenic Council (CPC)
The women of the CPC work closely together to plan projects and events that include all member sororities on the Western Carolina campus. This organization was established to foster inter-fraternal relations among member groups and to cooperate with colleges to achieve the highest scholastic, ethical, and social standards. The council works year-round to provide opportunities for member chapters to strive for the highest level of excellence.

InterFraternity Council (IFC)
The InterFraternity Council is home to eight member organizations. The council seeks to provide support and aid to the University and its community. It also provides direction in relation to recruitment, philanthropy, community service, and much more. This council is considered to be the governing body for the fraternities within the National InterFraternity Conference.

National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC)
The National Pan-Hellenic Council at Western Carolina University is comprised of six historically African-American fraternities and sororities. This governing body strives for unanimity of thought and action as far as possible in the conduct of its chapters and their members. They also pursue the mutual interests of its member organizations.

Greek Council
The Western Carolina Greek Council is the umbrella student organization that provides a forum atmosphere to hear issues that face the entire Greek community. They pursue the interests of the entire Greek community and not just that of the governing council. 

Order of Omega
The Theta Pi Chapter of Order of Omega is an honorary organization that recognizes excellence in members of the Greek community. Membership is done through an application process and then reviewed by the current membership of Order of Omega. Each year this organization inducts less than five percent of the total Greek community population.
