Classification & Compensation is responsible for the administration of the position classification system, establishing salary rates for various classes of positions, and ensuring University compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act and civil rights regulations.
Updates to SPA or EPA position Descriptions, requests for Position Restudy, or requests for Salary Adjustments are completed in the Online Employment System.
