Cancellation/Weather Policy
The Dulcimer Winter Weekend will be held regardless of weather conditions. Cancellations received by our office in writing prior to December 18 will receive a full refund (subject to a $25 processing fee). After this date, no refunds can be given. Please check with Lake Junaluska’s Terrace Hotel concerning their cancellation polices as accommodations are made separately.
