Program Description: The online Internet-based M.C.M. program is designed to bring the benefits of modern technology and high quality, graduate-level instruction to construction management professionals in a form that parallels their fast-paced working world.
Fully accredited at the national level, the goal of the program is to fit into the project manager's busy work schedule. The program provides flexible, direct access to work-related graduate education from any location that has a communications link, at any time, and by making the best use of the latest advances in educational technology.
This online degree requires 37 hours of coursework completed over a two-year period of enrollment. Students will enter as a cohort of 30 maximum in the fall semester and continue in sequence to the spring semester, summer semester, fall semester II, spring semester II, and finally graduate in the summer semester II. There is no residency requirement for completion of this degree.

Application Deadline: Open until a cohort of 30 students is filled for a fall start every year.
Prerequisites: At the time of the admissions decision the program director will list leveling courses needed by students with little experience in construction management in order to provide an adequate background for the M.C.M. program.
