2009 Lead With Heart
This years conference theme comes from our HOPE focus. It is the wellspring of HOPE that so often keeps us going in our own individual and public leadership lives. The HOPE we so often call upon flows form our HEART. The HEART of caring, of encouraging, of desiring to make it better, a HEART of COMPASSION and of STRENGTH and COURAGE.
We stand in a time of great realization that each of us is connected to the web of life that supports the world we live in. We cannot stand in singular solitude but need to reach out across the boundaries of life, distance, and time to one another. To continue to build bridges on which all humanity can walk together hand in hand creating both a now and a future.
